The Opening Ceremony of the People's Bazaar of Kota Belud Sabah has been completed by the Honorable Minister of KPKT on October 3, 2022 (Monday). This Kota Belud Sabah People's Bazaar was built with a project cost of RM24 million and has fully completed and has been handed over to the Kota Belud District Council on March 17, 2022 and will be a new asset to the MD of Kota Belud.

The Component of the People's Bazaar consists of a 3-storey people's bazaar that has 148 units of wet stalls, 78 units of craft and textile stalls, an appetite court that has 26 units of trade stalls and 60 parking squares. The construction of the People's Bazaar is expected to benefit more than 107 thousand residents in Kota Belud as a whole to obtain basic supplies and will also open up new opportunities for those who want to do business.
