Merangka, menyeragam dan menyelaras Akta/Garis Panduan/Pekeliling berkaitan dengan Pihak Berkuasa Tempatan (PBT) melalui proses pengenalpastian isu-isu pelaksanaan dan pengharmonian (Regulatory Impact Assesment (RIA) selaras dengan keperluan semasa berkaitan dengan perparitan bandar, pencemaran air dan pengurusan fasiliti.
Mengkaji dan Menilai keberhasilan perlaksanaan Dasar, Undang-Undang dan Garis Panduan/Pekeliling serta kod amalan untuk digunapakai oleh PBT dalam melaksanakan dan menguatkuasa undang-undang berkaitan dengan perparitan bandar, pencemaran air dan pengurusan fasiliti.
Merancang dan menilai keberhasilan projek /program perparitan bandar, pencemaran air dan pengurusan fasiliti melalui auditan dan kajian outcome seterusnya mencadangkan langkah-langkah penambahbaikan.
Menyediakan khidmat pembangunan kompetensi keada pegawai-pegawai PBN dan PBT melalui latihan dan kursus di dalam berkaitan dengan perparitan bandar, pencemaran air dan pengurusan fasiliti.
Merancang dan mengadakan program latihan dan kursus di peringkat kebangsaan dan tempatan berkaitan dengan perparitan bandar, pencemaran air dan pengurusan fasiliti kepada pegawai JKT, Kerajaan Negeri dan PBT.
Providing technical and non-technical consultation services to stakeholders regarding the roles and functions of local authorities (PBT) related to urban drainage, water pollution, and facility management. |
Drafting, standardizing, and coordinating Acts/Guidelines/Circulars related to Local Authorities (PBT) through the process of identifying implementation issues and harmonization (Regulatory Impact Assessment (RIA) in line with current needs related to urban drainage, water pollution, and facility management. |
Reviewing and evaluating the effectiveness of the implementation of Policies, Laws, and Guidelines/Circulars as well as codes of practice to be used by PBT in enforcing laws related to urban drainage, water pollution, and facility management. |
Planning and assessing the effectiveness of urban drainage, water pollution, and facility management projects/programs through audits and outcome studies, subsequently proposing improvement measures. |
Providing competency development services to PBN and PBT officers through training and courses related to urban drainage, water pollution, and facility management. |
Planning and conducting training programs and courses at the national and local levels related to urban drainage, water pollution, and facility management for JKT officers, State Government, and PBT. |
